Concerned Citizens for Honest & Open Government
has created a new party
line for the upcoming November election in the Town of New Hartford!
We encourage all registered voters, regardless of party affiliation, to
use our new party line to vote for
Russ Cerminaro
who is running for Ward
2 Councilman
in the General Election, November 6, 2007.
Send a clear message to our current elected officials that "enough is
enough". Remember the bond resolutions last October when the Town
Board unanimously voted to spend almost $5 million without giving
residents a chance to vote on the indebtedness? Our group worked
tirelessly to obtain the necessary signatures to force the Town Board to
give residents a say in the matter.
Let town government know that you are tired of meetings that have no substance,
Freedom of Information requests that either go unfilled or that take so
long to answer that the information becomes useless by the time it is
received. Let them know that you feel that the sewage problem is a bigger problem
than building a dog park--a dog park may be nice for some; however, the
sewage problems effects all residents in the part-county sewer district
and their wallets. Let town officials know that you are tired of being
"kept in the dark" and that ignoring the law is not the way you want your
government to do business.
Concerned Citizens for Honest & Open Government has once again given you a choice -- Vote along party lines and
support a government that does not respect your rights
OR vote on the new
Concerned Citizens
party line for Ward 2 Councilman this November!
Look for our party symbol
on the November 6, 2007 General Election ballot
and let us know that "Honest & Open Government" is a concern of
yours! Please support Russ Cerminaro
in his bid to represent Ward 2
residents on the New Hartford Town Board.
