in a Planned Development Mixed Use zone which limits building signage to 1
square foot per 1 lineal foot of building frontage. Applicant is seeking
an approximate 35 square foot sign where a 17 square foot sign would be allowed.
Therefore, applicant is seeking an 18 square foot Area Variance
