The Highway Superintendent and Planner indicated that the Town Board (Resolution 107 of 2008) authorized the expenditure of $500,000 from fees in lieu of mitigation derived from the Seneca Turnpike/Commercial Drive GEIS categories of Highway, Land Use, Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater and Wetland Management to address mitigation of offsite issues of environmental significance with regard to the construction of improvements in and near the New Hartford Business Park, including Woods Highway, located in the Town of New Hartford.  There are no documents that you have described.

By copy of this e-mail to the Town Planner, Highway Superintendent and Bookkeeper, I am asking that a copy of the document described below be forwarded to the Town Clerk's Office; I doubt that it would be available electronically, but if it does, I ask that the document be sent in that format.  The 5-day business deadline for responding is Wednesday, September 3, 2008.  If no such document exists, I need a statement to that effect.
