The town of New Hartford will hold its swearing in ceremony of newly elected officials at noon on Friday, Jan. 1, 2010 in Butler Memorial Hall.
The honorable Ralph Eannace will administer the oath of office to town officials: town supervisor Patrick Tyksinski,; councilman David Reynolds,; councilman Donald Backman,; justice James Van Slyke,; town clerk Gail Wolanin Young, and highway superintendent Richard Sherman.
The annual organizational meeting and a reception will follow.
