I would assume that Roger would have the
information I am looking for. In the presentation at the High School
regarding the New Hartford Business Park, Roger said that $478,000 of FILM
money would be used to offset the cost of the project. I believe that he
worked with Frank Basile to identify the money that could be used.
On the slide that was presented at the meeting,
it said Fees In Lieu of Mitigation: Land Use/Highway Impact Fees
$478,000. I would like to know who paid the fees that will be
used, for what project they were paid and the date they were paid; the total
being the $478,000.

if the $478,000 is for a specific category, like highways (their are
various categories) or was this a reference to an aggregate amount of
FILM?

At tonight's meeting regarding the New
Hartford Business Park, they said that $478,000 Fee in Lieu of
Mitigation money would be used to offset the cost of the bond.
I would like to FOIL what project the Fees
are from, who the developer was, how much money each project is
contributing to the $478,000 total and what year the Fees In Lieu of
Mitigation were collected. I suspect that Roger Cleveland would be able
to provide this information.
