That rate has been in effect since 1994 and has not changed, yet according to the 2008 Preliminary Budget, the town is receiving less money now, I would like to know if the number of hours of patrol has been reduced.Is there a contract for the hours requested for each of these years or do we just submit an invoice to Sangertown and St. Luke's from timesheets turned in by the patrolling officers?
